As a global manufacturer, with factories around the world, including mainland Europe and the UK, we are used to integrating with our OEM customers global and domestic supply chains, wherever they may be.
Long term price agreements and multi-continent warehousing will ensure certainty of delivery, supply and pricing for our OEM customers, regardless of any UK related tariff changes.
We are therefore pleased to be able to give comfort and confirm to our OEM customers that regardless of the outcome of the Brexit Transition Phase to 31st December 2020, and whether or not a ‘deal’ is agreed, we have contingency plans in place, so that your overall supply from Sliding Systems will not be affected.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please do not sign for damaged packaging, as the products may also be affected. We do not refund products which have been specifically manufactured, unless there is a material defect. We reserve the right to re-work product in this instance.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
We will not accept returns where the products have been specifically made for the customer, unless there is material or work defects which causes the product to be unusable.
Please note, our standard method of shipping throughout Europe is via DHL Economy Select 2-5 days depending upon destination. We aim to ship stocked product throughout the UK within 48 hours. Shipping to the USA and other zones is by airfreight up to 100kg and no more than 1.2 metres in length. Anything over 100kg, palletised or 1.2m will be shipped by seafreight and we will contact you to advise on the method. Sliding Systems reserves the right to choose which delivery option is available. if in doubt, please contact us to arrange the best method of shipping or collection. Some destinations will have shipping to the nearest port where door to door deliveries cannot be undertaken by our courier.
Any country or destination outside of our pre-paid shipping tariff will have the option to order slides online and the customer can send their own carrier account details to use. Sliding Systems will pack the products for the shipping method best suited. The terms are strictly EX WORKS our Wrexham Uk factory.
All freight charges are exclusive of import tax and local VAT which the customer must make arrangements for. We reserve the right to charge extra for import & duty documentation. By placement of order, the customer is agreeing to our terms & conditions of sale.
